What we collect
Through enquiry, assessment and referral forms we collect the information you choose to share: names, contact details, city/state, relationship to the patient, broad condition descriptions, preferred contact times and messages. We do not ask you to upload medical records through public forms; report sharing happens through an approved, consent-based channel after our team contacts you.
Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, review suitability for rehabilitation, arrange consultations and admissions, and — only with consent — send relevant follow-up communication. We collect only what these purposes need.
Consent
Forms on this site include an explicit consent checkbox. You may withdraw consent, or request correction or deletion of your data, through our Data Correction/Deletion Request page.
Storage and sharing
Enquiry data is accessible only to authorised Neuranta staff. We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with treating clinicians involved in the patient’s care, or where law requires. Website hosting and email services may process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
Health information
Descriptions of medical conditions submitted through forms are treated as sensitive and handled with additional care. Medical reports shared during the assessment process are used solely for clinical review.

Your rights
