Outstation Families

Rehabilitation, planned before you travel.

Most Neuranta families come from outside Gurgaon. This pathway is built so you travel once, prepared, with the next steps already clear.

Who This Is For

Families across India

If your family member needs neuro or pediatric rehabilitation and you live in another city or state, this pathway lets you confirm suitability, understand the likely programme and plan the practicalities — before committing to travel. It applies to stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, GBS, pediatric conditions and the other programmes we offer.

Coming From Another City?

A clear pathway for outstation families

Most Neuranta families travel from outside Gurgaon. You do not need to travel first to find out whether rehabilitation is suitable.

Step 1

Share reports from home

Send recent medical reports and a short video of current mobility or communication, with your consent, before planning any travel.

Step 2

Preliminary call & video consultation

Our team reviews the reports, calls you to understand goals, and arranges a video consultation where appropriate.

Step 3

Plan the visit

If an in-person assessment is advised, we help you plan travel, documents, caregiver needs and nearby accommodation options.

Practical Planning

Everything families ask about

What documents should we bring?
Discharge summaries, imaging (MRI/CT films or digital copies), current prescriptions and medication list, previous therapy notes, doctor contact details, and identity documents for admission.
What mobility videos may be requested?
Short phone videos — for example sitting, standing with support, a few steps, or the child playing — recorded safely and shared with your consent for clinical review.
Is a caregiver required to stay?
For many inpatient programmes a family caregiver is recommended; specific requirements are confirmed during planning.
How are cost estimates prepared?
After report review and assessment, based on the proposed programme components — see the estimate process.
How do we reach Sector 39, Gurugram?
From Delhi’s IGI Airport via NH-48; from New Delhi Railway Station by road or metro toward Gurugram; from Gurgaon Railway Station by local transport. Use map links for live timings — traffic varies.
What about local transport during the stay?
[Local transport guidance to be added — auto/taxi/app-based options near Sector 39]
What should we pack?
Comfortable clothing and footwear for therapy, medical documents, medications, personal-care items and any equipment the team asks you to bring; a detailed list is on Plan Your Visit.
What happens after we return home?
A home programme and follow-up plan are prepared at discharge; tele-rehabilitation reviews can continue guidance remotely.

Medical stability comes first. Rehabilitation admission requires reasonable medical stability. If the patient is currently unstable or acutely unwell, please work with your treating hospital first — we can plan rehabilitation in parallel through report review. This website is not for emergencies.
