Privacy Policy.
Effective date: 31 July 2026 · Last updated: 7 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data Neuranta collects through this website and its advertising, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.
Who we are
Neuranta Neuro & Pediatric Rehabilitation Centre (“Neuranta”, “we”, “us”), an independent neuro and pediatric rehabilitation centre at Plot No. 440, Sector 39, Jharsa, Gurugram, Haryana 122003, India. Contact: care@neuranta.in, +91 70786 42986. Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Closed Sunday.
For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Neuranta is the Data Fiduciary for the data described below.
What we collect, and why
When you send an enquiry. Our enquiry, assessment and referral forms — including the forms on our landing pages and any lead form we run on Facebook or Instagram — collect your name, your phone number, and, where asked, your city, who the therapy is for, your preferred contact time, anything you choose to type into a free-text field, and your consent to be contacted. We use this only to reply to your enquiry: to call, message or email you back, to answer your questions, to review suitability for rehabilitation, and to arrange an assessment or admission if you want one. We collect only what these purposes need.
Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, test results or scans through a website form or an advertising lead form. Those forms are not a secure channel for clinical information. If you want a clinician to review reports, message us on WhatsApp or email care@neuranta.in and we will tell you how to send them.
When you call, message or email us. We hold what you tell us, for as long as we need it to help you. WhatsApp messages are carried by WhatsApp and are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
When you become a patient. Clinical records created during assessment and treatment are held separately from this website, under our clinical record-keeping and confidentiality obligations. This policy covers the website and our advertising; it does not describe how clinical records are kept. Ask us for that separately.
When you browse this site. We use analytics to understand how people find and use the site — pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, and which advertisement or search brought you here. We use this to improve the site and to see whether our advertising is working. We do not send any health information, enquiry text, diagnosis or patient name to any analytics or advertising tool.
Consent
Forms on this site include an explicit consent checkbox. You may withdraw consent at any time, or request correction or deletion of your data, through our Data Correction/Deletion Request page or by emailing care@neuranta.in. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. Enquiry data is accessible only to authorised Neuranta staff, and may be shared with treating clinicians involved in the patient’s care, or where the law requires.
We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Google — Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, for website analytics and advertising measurement.
- Meta — Facebook and Instagram, for advertising and, where you submit one, lead forms. We also use the Meta Pixel on this website, which tells Meta which pages you view here and when you start a WhatsApp chat, tap our phone number or submit an enquiry form.
- Zoho — Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, where we record your enquiry and, if you become a patient, your billing details.
- WhatsApp — where you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
- Our website host and email provider, for the operation of this site and our email.
Some of these providers process data outside India.
Health information
Descriptions of medical conditions submitted through forms are treated as sensitive and handled with additional care. Medical reports shared during the assessment process are used solely for clinical review.
Children’s data
Much of our work is with children. If an enquiry concerns a person under 18, it must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, and by submitting it you confirm that you are that parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect a child’s data from anyone else. We do not use a child’s data for advertising, tracking or behavioural monitoring.
We do not publish a child’s photograph, video or identifiable image without the documented, verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period after, so that we can pick up a conversation if you come back to us. If an enquiry does not become a patient relationship, we delete or anonymise it after 24 months. Clinical and financial records are kept for the periods our professional and tax obligations require.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for two things: to make the site work, and for the analytics and advertising measurement described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold. No website or messaging service can be guaranteed completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send clinical documents through a web form.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may ask what personal data of yours we hold and how we have used it; ask us to correct or complete anything inaccurate; ask us to erase data we no longer need; withdraw your consent at any time; nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to; and complain to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response. To exercise any of these, email care@neuranta.in or call +91 70786 42986 during working hours. Contact us first — we aim to resolve requests promptly.
Grievance officer
If you have a complaint about how we have handled your data, contact our Grievance Officer at care@neuranta.in (subject line: Grievance) or +91 70786 42986, or by post at Plot No. 440, Sector 39, Jharsa, Gurugram, Haryana 122003. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond to it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted here.
