Our commitment

No patient photograph, video, name, story or testimonial appears on our website or social media without explicit written consent — no exceptions.

What consent covers

• A specific written consent form describing exactly what will be shared, where, and for how long.
• For children, consent from a parent or legal guardian, with the child’s own assent considered where age-appropriate.
• The right to limit identifying details — names may be withheld or changed at the family’s request.
• The right to withdraw consent at any time, after which content is removed from our controlled channels as promptly as practical.

How stories are told

Published stories describe conditions, goals, programmes and milestones factually, avoid dramatic before/after framing, and always carry a note that results vary between individuals.

Reviews

We never confirm in public review responses that any person was a patient at Neuranta.
