You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data you have shared with Neuranta through this website or during the enquiry process.

How to make a request

• Email care@neuranta.in with the subject “Data Request”, or
• Call +91 70786 42986 during opening hours, or
• Use the enquiry form on the contact page mentioning “Data Request”.

Please include the name and contact details used in your original enquiry so we can locate the record. We may verify your identity before acting.

What happens next

We acknowledge requests promptly and aim to complete them within a reasonable period. Where law or clinical-record obligations require certain records to be retained, we will explain what can and cannot be deleted.
